DBUnit supports case sensitive table/column names:
http://www.dbunit.org/properties.html#casesensitivetablenames
However this setting cannot be set from dbunit-maven-plugin configuration.
Attached patch (under same license as dbunit-maven-plugin code) adds
"caseSensitiveTableNames" option to control that behavior.
