Add configuration settings for adding system properties. This proves useful for
a database like Apache Derby which allows configuration of logs files
(derby.log) through system properties, e.g. derby.stream.error.file.
A patch is provided.
System properties are added in the configuration section, e.g.:

<...>
<systemProperties>
<property>
<name>derby.stream.error.file</name>
<value>${project.build.directory}/derby.log</value>
</property>
</systemProperties>
</configuration>
