Support excludes in cobertura:cobertura goal

Right now, excludes are only recognized by the cobertura:instrumentation task.
The cobertura:cobertura task, the only goal generating a report, ignores them.
As there is in many projects some code wich you do not want to be recognized by
the coverage analysis, it would be god if the cobertura:cobertura goal also
takes them into account.
