DisplayDependencyUpdatesMojo does not use allowSnapshots when calling
ArtifactVersions.getNewestUpdate(..), which causes ArtifactVersions to ignore
-SNAPSHOTs and thus DisplayDependencyUpdatesMojo to not show -SNAPSHOTs.
Note that this is not duplicate of http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MVERSIONS-19
but rather masks it. While researching the issue I too first found the problem
described in MVERSIONS-19, but after enabling releases on the repo, the
snapshots *still* didn't show up, so I continued looking and found this bug.
