The supplied patch allows to include the svn version into the item list
triggered by the format definition thus allowing build numbers with both svn
version and e.g. serial number or other elements.
The special item 'scmVersion' can be used to include the version number
returned by the scm into the formatted build number.
I've tested it with revision 1.0-beta-2 but this part of the plugin has
obviously not changed in beta-3.
