Currently the compile mojo looks for stale source code but not for stale GWT
module definitions (.gwt.xml). When making changes to a module (e.g.
inheritance, stylesheets, entry point etc.), GWT compilation is not executed.
Attaching a patch to also consider GWT module files when deciding whether a
module is stale.
