Since I dont know much about gcj, it is very nice if you can create an IT so
that i can review.
Also, instead of instroducing targetDirectory, we can introduce
objectOutputDirectory and default is
${project.build.directory}/objs to store all obj ouput files for all compilers,
the orignal outputDirectory still be used for the final linker output
