When using GWT 2.0, the plugin tries to download gwt-dev-2.0.0-windows.jar. As
of GWT 2.0, however, there aren't os-specific classifiers (see
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/com/google/gwt/gwt-dev/2.0.0/). Attached is a
patch that fixes the problem in gwt-maven-plugin-1.1
