org.codehaus.castor:castor-xml-schema supports DTD 2 XSD conversion. It would
be handy to have that functionality exposed as a mojo. Attached is a proposed
patch( [^org.codehaus.mojo.castor-maven-plugin.patch] to r11188 of
org.codehaus.mojo:castor-maven-plugin) with simple test included.
