GWT archetype is missing

The GWT Archetype described below is missing:
http://mojo.codehaus.org/gwt-maven-plugin/user-guide/archetype.html
Here is the command I issued:
mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.codehaus.mojo
-DartifactId=gwt-maven-plugin -DarchetypeVersion=1.1 -DgroupId=org.thebishops
-DartifactId=mgwt_156
Maven will state that it cannot find this archetype and ask me to pick from a
large list of other archetypes:
"No archetype defined. Using maven-archetype-quickstart
(org.codehaus.mojo:maven-archetype-quickstart:1.1)"
I looked in repository.codehaus.org for the archetype to install manually, but
I could not locate it.
