Since 1.3 we can create an outputFile, which we could use to determine if some
sources have been modified since the last run. Plexus has solid mechanisms to
process these things.
Don't know if this should be done automaticly, can't oversee the impact yet
considering backwards compatibility.
Any comment would be welcome.
