Allow multiple property files for componentProperties

It would be nice if we could define multiple componentProperties > propertyfile
with the later properties files overriding the earlier ones. In many
development environments I've seen, people often have an app.properties and
app-local.properties, with the app-local overriding the app properties. From
the documentation, it looks like this isn't currently possible.
