scanning for .gwt.xml files doesn't take into account all source roots

When scanning for .gwt.xml files, only the project.build.sourceDirectory is
taken into account. There could be other source directories that need to be
scanned, e.g. for those who would like to keep each gwt module in its own
directory in the source tree.
Please apply the attached patch.
