Compiling a bookmap document to PDF fails to resolve the images. The build
finishes and a PDF is available but without images in it.
I will attach the console log, the project and the pom.xml used to compile it.
The command line used was:
C:\calypso_tools\calypso_trunk\documentation\calypso-developer-guide>mvn clean
install
