The GWT compiler has a -workDir option, which specifies what temp directory is
used for temporary compiled files. The default for that option is a system temp
dirrectory.
In some build environments it is necessary the be able to overload this
setting, for example if there is a requirement from the build server that all
temp files created from that build must be in mavens target folder.
