Using MyEclipse SQL tools with same database and JDBC driver build of all 96
stored procs is less then one minute, I have tried old and new JDBC drivers
from SQL Plugin and results are still in the the 5-8 min range per procedure
resulting in a stored proc build time of around 786 minutes.
