In order to get Netbeans debugging working using the gwt:debug mojo I needed to
enable setting the debugPort mojo parameter via a property (in the attached
change). I also added a property for debugSuspend and corrected a typo in
getExtraJvmArgs() in the same change. My change is attached as nbdebug.patch.
