automatically declare subdirectories obtained from sources in %files

If a mapping contains sources that create subdirectories under the destination,
everyone of those directories would need to be listed as its own mapping if is
desired to be listed in the %files section.
I propose adding a _recurseDirectories_ configuration option on Mapping to
indicate that all included directories need to be explicitly listed in %files.
