I've seen the same problem. Bugs are included in the totals at the top of the 
page, but don't appear under the classes below. So far I've identified 3 types 
of bug that are not being displayed:

RI_REDUNDANT_INTERFACES
J2EE_STORE_OF_NON_SERIALIZABLE_OBJECT_INTO_SESSION
NM_SAME_SIMPLE_NAME_AS_SUPERCLASS
