Ability to copy configuration files to configurationDirectory

There is a configurationDirectory parameter in the assemble mojo that can be
used to supply the name of a configuration directory that should be available
on the class path.
To actually copy the configuration files to that directory we have to resport
to using the antrun plugin. It would be great if there was an option to copy a
configuratble source directory to target/appassembler/${configurationDirectory}.
