Ability to process filesets separately

When working on complex lecagy solutions, the need for processing XSD files
separately (with their addequate .xsdconfig) might rise.
Current version is only enabling users to perform a massive processing through
the schemasDirectory configuration parameter, and is also processing all
xsdconfig files at once, when most projects usually use:
xsd/mySchema1.xsd
xsdconfig/mySchema1.xsdconfig
xsd/mySchema2.xsd
xsdconfig/mySchema2.xsdconfig
and need mySchema1 and mySchema2 to be process separately.
Either this feature is not available, or documentation doesn't reflect it.
