I added a tempSuffix option to upload-single goal of my forked copy of
wagon mojo. Basically it uploads the file with a different filename
and then renames it to the final filename. It's useful for example
when you are uploading a .war to an auto-reloading container. If
there's interest I could easily create an issue and a patch for it to
get it included to the main codebase.
