support classpath wildcards

I am finding several generated scripts will not run on windows because the
classpath is too long, even if I flatten the repo. If I could configure the
script to use classpath wildcards, it would be a big help.
For example,
set CLASSPATH=%REPO%/*
this will specify all jar files in the %REPO% directory
