"extra" directory is used by GWT Compiler not only for soyc report but also for
other artifacts such as Symbols Maps or RPC Policy Manifest. Unfortunately
current version of GWT Plugin appends "-extra" parameter only if soyc is
enabled (in method CompileMojo.addSOYC()). "-extra" parameter is available in
GWT >=1.6 so I think it should be moved to CompileMojo.addAdvancedOptions
method.
