mojo-parent.pom contains dependency on old plexus-javadoc artifactId.
Plexus-javadoc has been replaced by plexus-component-javadoc artifactId. There
is no source code available in svn repository for plexus-javadoc (it has been
deleted long time ago). Currently it is replaced by
plexus-containers/plexus-component-javadoc.
I replaced "plexus-javadoc" artifactId with "plexus-component-javadoc" in
mojo-parent and verified this works and produces javadocs with plexus metadata
embedded (tested on animal-sniffer).
This step will help packagers to update dependencies and get rid of
old/unsupported packages.
