Hi,

I'd like to release version 25 of the mojo-parent.

With this mojo-parent release all next plugin releases will be staged before
being promoted to the maven repository.

There are no open issues anymore:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO/component/13320

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

MOJO-1553 : Use Codehaus' Nexus for staging and releasing

MOJO-1561 : Mojo-parent pom uses old plexus-javadoc artifactId dependency
(proposed fix included)

MOJO-1562 : Rename property 'project.build.java.target'

MOJO-1563 : Upgrade maven-compiler-plugin

All maven-plugins have been pushed to their most recent version.

Together with this release I had to update the release documentation, which
I've published on my codehaus space:
http://codehaus.org/~rfscholte/mojo-site/development/performing-a-release.html

Most important modifications:
- reorder release steps: deploy (actually stage) before voting
- dropping/promoting a release
- making your public gpg key and how to publish it
- minimum version of Maven to release

A snapshot has been deployed to the snapshot repository, ready to be tested.

Please verify if your plugins can still be built with this parent.

[ ] +1 : 100% Yes for staging through Nexus and for the related release of
mojo-parent 25
[ ] 0 : I don't care
[ ] -1 : Please don't untill/unless...

The vote is open for 72 hours and will succeed by lazy consensus.

- Robert
