Robert Scholte offered various minor suggestions (off-list) which are mostly
implemented for 3.4. Also the site publishing was incomplete, but this should
now be fixed.
One thing I should have mentioned earlier:

The behavior of this attribute was changed, since by default the resulting update site was unusable (referred to nonexistent URLs). The new default should match what you
would expect, and what the Ant build harness does - that publishing the whole target/netbeans_site dir to an HTTP repo works with no further changes. The previous
behavior is unlikely to be useful but is available with a special attribute value.
I will try to promote the release.
