Error creating mojo site - Could not find resource mojo_rules.xml

I was creating a site report using the attached POM file and I encountered the
following error message:
[INFO] Generating "Test Source Xref" report.
[INFO] Generating "Source Xref" report.
[INFO] Generating "PMD Report" report.
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Error during page generation
Embedded error: Error rendering Maven report: Could not find resource
'http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/tags/mojo-parent-22/src/main/config/pmd/mojo_rules.xml'.
I know that
http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/tags/mojo-parent-22/src/main/config/pmd/mojo_rules.xml
is accessible, but I'm wondering if there is a problem with the deployed file
or it's references. I'm using mojo-sandbox-parent version 6, so I'm not sure
where mojo-parent-22 is coming from either.
To reproduce this, generate a site with a similar POM. "mvn site"
If there are any workarounds, I'd appreciate the tips!
