This plugin will run Natural Docs code documentation system. Natural Docs is
commonly used for documenting JavaScript APIs such as OpenLayers.
This plugin acts solely as a launcher for Natural Docs. Natural Docs falls
under AGPL, and by launching Natural Docs as a process, it allows this plugin
to fall under the more pleasant MIT license.
I'd like for this plugin to be added to the sandbox and have the snapshot
deployed to a public repository. I don't mind maintaining this library if
given permission.
