We have problems with the embedded Tomcat having naming enabled. The opened
port collides with our application. So we need a way to disable naming.
As Tomcat 7 comes with [naming disabled by
default|http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/api/org/apache/catalina/startup/Tomcat.html]
I suggest to also make this the default for the Maven Tomcat Plugin. In
addition (and for easier migration of old projects) make it possible to
configure if the embedded Tomcat should use naming or not.
