depending on nb repo won't cut it. You will not be allowed to publish to
central then.
the idea with adding the tasks jar on cp and making it self contained is
interesting. you could probably use the maven-shade-plugin to achieve that
(maybe)..
but there is one downside to it.. if users (for whateever reasons need to have
a different version of the tasks jar) they will not be able to replace the
default bits. AFAIK it has happened before that people used it because of bugs
or missing features.. obviously this only works if the tasks jar doesn't get
changed in non-compatible way..
