1. {{nbm:branding}} should run automatically in the package phase when
{{src/main/nbm-branding/}} exists. Currently it is not part of the default
lifecycle, and you cannot put it in the package phase or it will run after
{{nbm:nbm}} and thus not work.
2. {{nbm:autoupdate}} and {{nbm:webstart-app}} should specify package phase so
you do not declare this explicitly.
