The plugin is not cataloged on central in the file archetype-catalog.xml. Only
version 1.1 and 1.2 are cataloged but not version 2.1.0.
It caused strange behavior as Maven, even if we specify the 2.1.0 version of
the archetype on the command line, will use 1.2
