Xref links are not generated with Maven 3

When the FindBugs report is generated with Maven 3, it only shows the plain
text line numbers. The links to the Source XRefs (and Test Source Xrefs) are
not created. The Creation of those links perfectly works when generating the
report using Maven 2.2.1.
