Anders helps companies with setting up or improving their Maven-based
development infrastructure, so he has the right knowledge to help us with our
developments.
His first goal is to work together with me on the setup-maven-plugin, make it
mature enough to get it out of the sandbox.
So I propose Anders as a committer.
