gwt:compile provides a very nice skip configuration option which lets me create
generic configuration in parents and let my small GWT projects skip where it is
inappropriate. Unfortunately, this skip parameter is not in the base
gwt-maven-plugin mojo and so it is not available in many other mojos..
Please push the configuration option up into the generic "global" option space.
