the findbugs maven plugin 2.0.1 and 2.3.1 has a dependency on bcel-1.3.8
modified for findbugs. The pom in central repository has incorrect contents:

<groupId>com.google.code.findbugs</groupId>
<artifactId>findbugs</artifactId>
The artifactId should be bcel, not findbugs.
