Sometimes a project does not contain src code but you configure the plugin to
be inherited for the child modules. The result is that children happily have a
ncss report and parent has but the parent has no source code at all. The
outcode is an empty and useless report. JXR for instance omits the report of no
test source is found. NCSS should skip the report too in such a case.
