Incorrect repository definitions in mojo-parent

The Codehaus Nexus instance provides a snapshot group repo which currently
consists of three different snapshot repos (one hosted and two proxied). The
official url for that group is "http://nexus.codehaus.org/snapshots/";.
A snapshot repository declaration for this url is done in codehaus-parent, but
the mojo-parent should declare a pluginRepository declaration as well.
Currently, the mojo-parent declares a pluginRepository and a repository for the
url "http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org";. This is one of the repos
included in the group and should therefore be removed/replaced by the
declarations above.
