Bind create-timestamp to the initialize phase by default
--------------------------------------------------------
Key: MBUILDNUM-67
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MBUILDNUM-67
Project: Mojo Build Number Maven Plugin
Issue Type: Improvement
Affects Versions: buildnumber-maven-plugin-1.0
Environment: n/a
Reporter: Anders Hammar
Conventions are great! Thus, I think that the create-timestamp goal should be
bound to the initialize phase by default as that's what should make sense in
most case IMHO.

initialize - initialize build state, e.g. set properties or create directories.

Possibly this could be applied for the create goal as well?
