The Groovy community is no longer in a position to maintain the gmaven-plugin. For building pure groovy projects, they have their own build tools. For building some groovy along with java, they are refining a maven-compiler-plugin plugin. That leaves, if I'm not too confused, just running a groovy script as part of a build process, aside from the possibility that someone out there prefers the gmaven-plugin approach to their compiler-plugin-plugin.
I am not yet sure whether I'm making the level of day-job commitment to groovy that would allow me to be the champion of this sort of thing, but I wonder if there are any other groovy fans on the dev list who would want to go in on an adoption process. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list, please visit: http://xircles.codehaus.org/manage_email
