our testing has always been with invoking "mvn site" and thus generating the
report as part of the site generation. In that case the performancetestsare
invoked automatically when necessary.
In Your case with invocation of the goal directly, the performancetests seem to
not be invoked automatically, and I believe that is tha cause of Your problems.
I will attempt making it possible to invoke the goal directly
