Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Cannot reproduce using {{nbm-maven-plugin 3.6-SNAPSHOT}} and
{{maven-site-plugin 3.0-beta-3}} using Maven 3.0.3 on an app parent project.
The parent site, and subsites for the app project and module projects, are all
created without error.
