The feature is done (r14664.) (just need to update the documentation before
closing the issue).
You can use the following syntax :
{noformat}myLicense=My new license ~~ license : nameOfLicenseFile.jrs ~~
header : nameOfHeaderFile.hvf{noformat}
With any space caracters between the *~~*, and *:* delimiters
