Robert Scholte commented on MSQL-43:
------------------------------------
The plugin doesn't fork (yet). It picks up the specified driver, makes a
connection and executes statements on it. So if we want something like this
right now, we need a mechanism to restore the system properties after the
execution.
> System properties configuration.

> Add configuration settings for adding system properties. This proves useful
> for a database like Apache Derby which allows configuration of logs files
> (derby.log) through system properties, e.g. derby.stream.error.file.
> A patch is provided.
> System properties are added in the configuration section, e.g.:
> <configuration>
> <...>
> <systemProperties>
> <property>
> <name>derby.stream.error.file</name>
> <value>${project.build.directory}/derby.log</value>
> </property>
> </systemProperties>
> </configuration>
