Patch to solve this issue. First it should be reviewed to see if i have been
aware of all edge cases. (Currently the unit tests don't work correctly in the
current http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/appassembler r15075)
Furthermore it will give you the opportunity to define a license header file
based on the program which can be overwritten by the mojo parameter
(AssembleMojo). After review the documentation must be enhanced.
I have observed that the license header in the unix and windows script
differ..I'm not sure if this is a problem.

> The scripts being generated contain an Apache license header. We are
> considering using this on a project that is released under another open
> source license. The fact that the scripts are referring to the Apache license
> is confusing, and is currently preventing us from using the plugin.
> Ideally, it should be possible to customize the license header in the scripts.
