Well I don't have an conflicting version of BCEL installed in lib/endorsed, so 
I don't think http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html#q2 applies for my case.

If FindBugs needs a special BCEL version, why does the plugin not bring it in 
its own dependencies or is this some claspath reordering problem with regards 
to maven project and plugin dependencies?
