Since this vote, an issue has shown up.

The JDom folks have released a new version (1.1.2) - The old version has been 
removed from the central repositories, causing trouble for all users.

Not very kind IMHO.

Since chronos depends om JDom 1.1.1 i do not want to release a version 
depending on a missing dependency. The relase have thus been withdrawn.
I will upgrade the dependency and create a new release.
