I've already patched some parts which already improve current code.
The name {{schemas}} is misleading, it should be something like
{{transformSchemas}}.
I think we should rename 2 properties from the Schema-class: change {{file}} to
{{toFile}} and {{prefix}} to {{toPrefix}} to make it clear these are the output
parameters.
The staleSourceScanner now doesn't work anymore for these schema's. I'd really
prefer to keep does original files for 2 reasons: easy staleSource detection
and just to be sure the plugin didn't broke the files.
