I have rechecked the things here and in MAPPASM-88.
First to change to a newer version (suggested 3.5.10) of the JSW package
results in an upload of the delta-package to Maven Central. But we have to
aware of eventual license issues.
Currently only version 3.3.6 is available in Maven Central which would be an
upgrade in comparsion to the current version which is used (3.2.3).
The most recent version is 3.5.13. So we have to start an upload request to
Maven Central (URL for CVS access has to be change:
http://wrapper.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wrapper/).
